By looking at me, you cannot tell that I do not live a 'normal' life.
In high school, I had to give up sports and was in and out of the hospital my last 2 years of high school.
During my journey, I discovered several aspects about myself and my body. Learning to listen to your body was actually one of the hardest areas for me to understand, but now it's a no brainer. It was difficult for me to journal and keep track of my life and what my body needed.
I have dealt with a lot of stress over the years, and learned to overcome the issue by dealing with the obstacles head on.
When I don't feel well, I can pretty much pin point the cause of my body feeling poorly and how to overcome it. Whether it is a mental or physical concern.
