Here is a quick checklist to get you started with achieving your goals. Remember imperfect action beats inaction, get started and keep going.

  • Choose 1 idea out of the list to get started

  • Take your idea and create a SMART goal

  • S - Specify what it is you want to achieve

  • M - Measurable to track your progress

  • A - Attainable grounds to ensure the goal you are setting is realistic

  • R - Relevant to you and what you want

  • T - Time to set a deadline to complete your goal

  • Discuss with your coach

  • Create a plan

  • Execute your plan

  • Check in with your coach

  • Make your plan a routine and cut out obstacles/barriers

  • Check in with your coach

  • Continue to work on your plan and repeat last 2 steps (as needed)

  • Accomplish your goal

  • Check in with your coach

  • Go back to your brainstorm of ideas and move to your next goal

  • Repeat steps from setting your SMART goal to accomplishing goal
